Alphacool has introduced the Core 2 XT CPU AiO series, bringing technology from its custom water-cooling range into an all-in-one liquid cooling design. The new series combines a copper NexXxoS HPE radiator, Core 1-based CPU water block and new Core DC-LT 3 PWM pump across four radiator sizes.

Available in 240mm, 280mm, 360mm and 420mm configurations, the Alphacool Core 2 XT CPU AiOs are designed for users looking for high cooling performance while retaining a greater focus on serviceability and long-term use than conventional sealed AIO coolers.

Custom Water-Cooling Technology
The Alphacool Core 2 XT CPU AiO uses a CPU water block based on Alphacool's Core 1 cooling technology, which was originally developed for its custom water-cooling products. The block features an aluminium housing with subtle aRGB lighting, while keeping the housing isolated from the coolant.

A new Core DC-LT 3 pump is integrated directly into the CPU water block. The pump operates at up to 3800 RPM and uses PWM control to provide the required coolant flow while aiming to maintain quiet operation. The cooling loop also uses flexible TPV tubing and a NexXxoS HPE radiator made entirely from copper. This construction is intended to improve heat transfer between the coolant and radiator.

Four Radiator Sizes
Alphacool is offering the Core 2 XT in four configurations to suit different PC builds:

• Core 2 XT 240mm CPU AiO: 240mm NexXxoS ST30 HPE radiator with two 120mm Apex Stealth metal fans.
• Core 2 XT 280mm CPU AiO: 280mm NexXxoS ST30 HPE radiator with two 140mm Apex Stealth metal fans.
• Core 2 XT 360mm CPU AiO: 360mm NexXxoS ST30 HPE radiator with three 120mm Apex Stealth metal fans.
• Core 2 XT 420mm CPU AiO: 420mm NexXxoS ST30 HPE radiator with three 140mm Apex Stealth metal fans.

The Apex Stealth fans feature metal construction and integrated aRGB lighting, providing airflow through the radiator while matching the lighting on the CPU block.

Designed for Serviceability
One of the main differences between the Core 2 XT and many conventional AIO liquid coolers is its focus on maintenance. Alphacool says the series uses components derived from its DIY water-cooling range and follows a right-to-repair approach.

The AIO can be serviced when required, allowing users to maintain the cooling system over a longer period rather than replacing the entire unit if servicing is needed. This gives the Core 2 XT some of the flexibility associated with traditional custom water-cooling systems while retaining the simpler installation of an AIO.
